Conclusion
I need to eat more veggies and less salt. The calcium intake seems low, but since I take 1000mg of calcium pills, I guess its ok:) I've done this test before, and compared with other people, so I think high sodium is a common thing. Anyway, I googled to find out how to rid your body of excess salt. You can do so by
1. Drink more water
2. Exercise more, because when you sweat, salt is released from your body

I think my diet is average, though a bit boring, but then oat cookies and milk is my second favourite food in the whole wide world!!!! Other than needing to eat more veggies and less salt, I think everything else is still uhh acceptable:) At least I take in enough calcium and protein etc...

  3. Hello Gee Ping, I can't help noticing you didn't include dinner in your posts. Is it a mistake or do you really not eat dinner? Skipping a meal is bad even though people say we should eat less at dinner (not skip it altogether!) Apparently you don't get enough energy too. So yep you seem to need more carbs. (And I admire your fat intake haha.)I also learnt how to get rid of sodium from your blog. Thanks!

  4. It's because I was fasting that time when I recorded my diet, so I stil eat dinner sometimes now if its weekend or holidays(because I know that I will sleep later:)

  5. btw, the figures are screwed. The figures for calcium should be the figures for sodium, the figures for sodium for fibre, and fibre for calcium.

Yeah, I am not that healthy:(
